Commercial access control & security integration
Every door, camera and credential, managed as one system.
Auraventa Controls designs, installs and services access control, video surveillance and intrusion systems for offices, multi-tenant buildings, healthcare and industrial sites.
Solutions
Integrated security, built to your site
We specify open, non-proprietary platforms so your system can grow with your portfolio and isn't tied to a single installer.
Access control
HID readers, Mercury controllers, and card, mobile and biometric credentials, managed from the cloud or on premise.
Video surveillance
IP cameras, NVR and VMS platforms, and analytics that tie footage to every door event.
Intrusion detection
Monitored alarm panels, zone sensors and glass-break detection, armed by schedule or credential.
Intercom & visitor
IP video intercoms, lobby directories and visitor pre-registration for multi-tenant buildings.
Network & infrastructure
Structured cabling, PoE switching, door hardware and power supplies, installed to code.
Service & maintenance
Preventive maintenance plans, 24/7 emergency service and remote system administration.
How we work
From walk-through to handover
One project manager owns your job from the first site visit to the as-built drawings.
Site survey
We walk every opening, review risk, existing hardware and network readiness.
System design
Door schedule, riser diagrams and a fixed-price proposal with clear scope.
Installation
Our professional technicians install, terminate and label to your standards.
Testing & training
Every door is tested and documented. Your administrators are trained on site.
Ongoing service
Maintenance plans, firmware updates and a single number for help.

Home / Solutions
Security solutions
Designed around how your building actually operates: who enters, when, through which door, and what gets recorded.
Access control
Control every opening from one console
We install and program access control systems from single-door offices to multi-site enterprise deployments. Our standard is HID readers on encrypted OSDP connections and Mercury controllers, an open hardware platform supported by many access control software providers, so you can change software or service provider later.
For sites that need an on-premise server, such as secure areas, critical facilities or networks without outside internet access, we deploy CredoID access control software. CredoID runs on your own Windows or Linux server and connects over the network to Mercury controllers at each door.
Credentials
- Mobile credentials (Apple & Google Wallet)
- Secure smart cards and fobs
- PIN, card + PIN and biometric readers
Management
- Cloud-hosted management
- CredoID on your own Windows or Linux server
- Role-based schedules and lockdown
- HR / directory sync for onboarding
Hardware
- HID readers and Mercury controllers
- Electrified locks, strikes and exit devices
- Request-to-exit and door position sensors
- Elevator and turnstile integration
Migration
- Reuse of existing wiring where sound
- Phased cutover with no lockouts
- Credential format conversion
Working together
One system, not five separate ones
Most clients combine two or more of our solutions. We connect them so your team sees the full picture from a single screen.
See what happened at the door
When a door is forced or held open, the alert arrives with live and recorded video from the nearest camera, so staff can respond without hunting through footage.
Lock down from anywhere
In an emergency, one command secures every exterior door, notifies your monitoring centre and flags the event on your cameras.
Onboard staff in one step
New hires get the right doors, floors and schedules when they're added to your HR or directory system, and lose access the day they leave.

About Auraventa Controls
A commercial security integrator focused on doing the installation properly and staying with clients for the life of the system.
Our company
Engineering-led, service-focused
Auraventa Controls exists to fix the problems building owners run into most: undocumented systems, proprietary lock-in and installs that skip the details. Every project we deliver is built around clear documentation, open platforms and careful workmanship.
Auraventa Controls is part of the Auraventa group of companies, giving clients the backing of a larger organization with the focus of a specialist integrator.
Today our professional team of project managers, designers, technicians and staff delivers access control, video and intrusion projects for property managers, facility teams and general contractors. Every project ends with full documentation and a support plan, not just an invoice.
